FAQ: American Championship, NBA.
Justification: We wouldn’t be seeing this scenario for the first time: a young team comes out with great momentum (like in my previous recommendation), but somewhere towards the end of the 3rd quarter, they lose steam and the momentum shifts to the veterans of Golden State: Jimmy Butler, Steph Curry and D. Green. They usually regulate their defense against them at least by the 3rd time. The Rockets statistically often win the 1st quarter, while the 4th quarter is usually won by Golden State. Empty runs of even 10-12 points are quite frequent on both sides, which of course gives a good opportunity for live-bettors. The Rockets are generally good at quick launches when they don’t have to play the ball against set defense, and they can handle the transition well when the ball changes hands abruptly, but the team usually tends to lose their edge by the end, as there aren’t too many of them colleagues in Houston who have seen many seasons / play offs, aside from Vanfleet. In a few years, Rockets could become as dangerous a team as Oklahoma was 2 years ago, but I think they will crash out this year because they can’t finish games and maintain their 10-15 points or even their 24 points lead they collected during the first half. You could also opt for betting on Houston for quarter/half time and Warriors for the final, as this is a recurring theme in this rivalry.
Final score: 50-57 then 109-106 => the tip WON! 🙂
